Terms & Conditions of Prizes
- The Resort will publish on its Web site the list of prizes with their equivalent stars, so that users can determine the prizes they can redeem based on stars earned.
- The stars can only be redeemed with the prizes stated on the list.
- Prize redemption is subject to their availability and inventory.
- Once claimed, prizes cannot be returned, replaced, refunded or exchanged.
- This program is offered by Las Américas Resort y Centro de Convenciones, who can change the format, elements, terms and conditions of any part or all of these, suspend or eliminate at any moment and without prior notice, in which case no prize will be awarded.
- The stars cannot be sold, changed or bought, or in general transferred under any form or title.
- The prizes which include lodging are subject to availability and do not apply to high season or combined with other offers, which may or may not be published or reported previously.
- The list of food and beverage prizes at the hotel restaurants will be selected by the Chef.
- Food and beverage prizes and other services already include taxes, tips will be at the member’s discretion.
- Las Américas Resort y Centro de Convenciones reserves the right to change without prior notice the list of prizes.
- By participating in the program, the customer releases Las Américas Resort y Centro de Convenciones of all liability or damage for the redemption or misuse of the prizes.
