•    Each customer will be able to hold only one subscription in the program and under no circumstance will be able to earn points for two or more subscriptions.

•    To redeem points it is necessary that the customer previously contact the Program Coordinator, who will guide you through the process and development of your points as well as which prizes you can redeem.

•    The redeemed points will be deducted immediately from your point balance.

•    Las Américas Resort y Centro de Convenciones reserves the right to change without prior notice the value of the points.

•    At the time of making the reservation you should report the category to which you belong.

•    The redemption of points will be subject to the availability and inventory of de prizes.

•    The stars (points) will be earned and accumulated by the card holder, and are not transferable.

•    To maintain a category, the customer should stay with frequency at the hotel.

•    Las Américas Resort y Centro de Convenciones can change at any time the terms and conditions of the program.

•    By accepting and utilizing the program and its rewards, the member releases the hotel from any and all liability regarding the redemption or use of Rewards, or other participation in the Program under the terms and conditions specified in this program.
